Next, please read the "WAINEKE RULES" sheet as you must agree to these in order to
complete your reservation.
Next, please send an e-mail to Andrea Kaohi
following info: Your full name, dates and time you would like, number
of people, your address and phone number, Unit A or Unit B, whether you
will need cooking equipment, and the name of the
UCC church where you are a member. The reservation calendar will show
your reservation only after payment is received. If
you do not send in payment, your reservation cannot be held for you.
Send the full amount of fees plus the
mandatory Indemnification Agreement to Andrea Kaohi. You can download
and print the Indemnification
Agreement here. Checks should be made payable to Kauai
Association UCC (please add "Waineke" and
your reservation dates in the memo line). Mail checks to
Andrea Kaohi at PO Box 428, Hanapepe, HI 96716.
